VERBLYFREGEENHEDE/ RETIREMENT VILLAGE

Goue Jare aftree-oord is wooneenhede van verskillende groottes waarvan die okkupasiereg verkoop word.  Okkupasiereg behels lewensreg vir die oorspronklike kopers, wat nie oordraagbaar is na erfgename nie. Lewensreg kom tot ‘n einde wanneer die langslewende te sterwe kom, of wanneer die eienaars nie meer in staat is om na hulself om te sien nie.  Negentig persent (90%) van die oorspronklike koopprys sal binne ses maande nadat die ooreenkoms tot ‘n einde gekom het, aan die boedel of aan die kopers terugbetaal word na gelang van omstandighede.  


Ruim een – en tweeslaapkamereenhede van verskillende groottes word aangebied.  Eenslaapkamer-eenhede beskik oor ‘n motorafdak, terwyl tweeslaapkamer-eenhede oor ‘n sluitbare motorhuis beskik.  ‘n Heffing in verhouding tot die grootte van elke wooneenheid betaal vir dienste soos munisipale dienste, versekering, sekuriteit, onderhoud, tuindienste, en dies meer, terwyl elektrisiteit deur middel van voorafbetaalde kragmeters, waarvan die koepons by die administratiewe kantoor verkry kan word, voorsien word.


Dieselfde dienste wat aangebied word vir die huur wooneenhede, nl interkomverbinding met die dienskamer, nood mediese dienste, maaltye, kliniekdienste en vervoer is ook vir Goue Jare-inwoners beskikbaar.

Silwer Jare Aftree-Oord: As gevolg van die groot vraag na aftreebehuising en die lang waglyste wat by feitlik elke aftree-oord bestaan, het die Bestuursraad van die Tuiste as deel van ons langtermyndoelwitte, erwe aangrensend tot die NG Moedergemeente bekom en in samewerking met dié gemeente besluit om die erwe te ontwikkel in 'n tweede aftree-oord. Bouwerk het gedurende November 2011 'n aanvang geneem en is die eerste fase bestaande uit ses huise gebou. Hierdie huise is in Mei 2012 deur die eerste kopers in die kompleks betrek.


Daar is ook reeds met die tweede fase van die kompleks begin en dit sal na verwagting reeds teen die einde van Augustus 2012 betrek kan word. Die uiteindelike beplanning is dat die hele kompleks uit 18 selfsorg lewensreg eenhede sal bestaan wat deur 'n gesamentlike komitee van die Tuiste en die NG Moedergemeente bestuur sal word.

RETIREMENT VILLAGE

GOUE JARE RETIREMENT VILLAGE consists of residential units differing in size of which the right of occupation is sold.  The right of occupation comprises of life interest for the original buyers, which is not transferable to heirs.  Life interest terminates when the remaining one of the couple who lives longer, passes away, or when the owners are incapable of looking after themselves. Ninety percent (90%) of the original purchase price will be refunded to the buyer or their estate after the agreement has terminated.

Spacious one and two bedroom units of different dimensions are offered. One bedroom units with a carport are available, while two bedroom units have a lockable garage.

A levy in bearing with the size of each residential unit will be paid for services rendered by the municipality, insurance, security, garden services etc.  Electricity is supplied by pre-paid power meters.  The coupons of which can be obtained from the administrative office.


The same services that are provided for the rented units, via intercom linking with the duty room, emergency medical services, meals, clinic services, hairdressing and transport are also available for residents of Goue Jare.

Silwer Jare Retirement Village: Due to the big demand in retirement accommodation as well as long waiting lists at almost every retirement complex, the Board of Management bought two stands adjacent to the Dutch Reformend Church, mother congregation as part of outr long term planning, with the aim to develop another retirement complex in cooperation with the congregation. Building activities on the first phase, consisting of six units, started during November 2011. These houses were occupied by the first buyers during May 2012.


The second phase's building activities has already started and will be completed by the end of August 2012. The whole complex is planned to consist of 18 self catering living right units which will be managed by a joint committee of both NIgel Home and the Dutch Reformed Mother Church.
